Only the woman who works for Penthouse has anything even close to a level of granularity that might be useful. I’d suggest the “real” diary would be at least 4x as detailed, although hard to capture one’s self. Raises some methodology questions for self-reporting and this topic area

Our fridge delivery guys used a similar product to this – straps worn over the shoulder that loop underneath the fridge. They easily brought the new one in and the old on out. It was enjoyable to watch (not only the great tool but the fact that I didn’t have to do any of it)
