Well, I like to harumph. I find it very satisfying. But re the content — I would really love debate/talk/read/hear more about opinions and methods for good ways to present research results. I think it’s a really important issue — especially as personas get a little ‘tired’ in many peoples’ point of view. The big question is always the practical ‘how’ as far as I’m concerned. It’s always the how that’s tricky. And I’m always up for a ‘better how.’
