I was in Portland recently and when I checked into the hotel I saw at least 7 DeLorean cars in the parking lot. I rarely see any, let alone that many. I finally plugged the keywords into Google and the first hit told me about a gathering of DeLorean owners. I’ve seen similar stuff for Miata owners (I’m one of those folks) and this just sounded so different – sampling of various wines and cheeses and other super-yuppie stuff. I suppose the demo for DeLorean enthusiasts is rather different than Miata folks (some of whom give their cars little nicknames).
